Coming from a competitive dance background yoga was the perfect release. A practice where I didn’t need to strive to be perfect, where I could accept my limitations, work with my injuries and grow from the inside. Here there was no competition the only person I could try to be better than was the person that I was the day before. Just me, My mat & my breath: a place I felt at peace. My yoga journey has Helped me heal physically, emotionally and spiritually. I can’t thank each and everyone of my teachers and students enough for their guidance and lessons I’ve learned along the way ; whether you knew you were helping or not.
Tegan studied science and education in University, has taught various styles of dance for for 17 years. She is certified to teach with MODO Yoga, Noorish yin yoga, Sattva kids yoga, and can gym NCCP Level 1. She loves to learn, and considers herself a Jill of all trades.
